The institutional / policy layer is best served by ATEX (the Africa Trade Exchange, UNECA-backed) and the AfCFTA Secretariat's own resources at afcfta.au.int. The two layers are complementary: ATEX shapes policy and institutional infrastructure; Afrikoni handles the day-to-day commercial execution — supplier discovery, KYC, escrow, documentation, dispute resolution.
